Tomorrow morning…

Here is your challenge…put on 3 pair of socks and your exercise clothes and go for a 20 minute walk down the neighborhood. Don’t worry what people will think about you being in your socks, just do it! The benefit will far outweigh the “I want to sleep” mantra. Walking on your natural foot-pad is the healthiest activity you can do for your feet, your spine, your gait, your body. Try it and let me know what you think…honestly:)
